At MTB Burton we work exclusively with TrainingPeaks.com using the latest techniques in power data.
After your initial start-up and consultation, we will begin to build your personalized ATP(annual training plan). Your ATP will be the road map to your season ahead. At the beginning of each month a new customized training block will be loaded into your TrainingPeaks account. These blocks will be based off of your specific goals and will train to your weaknesses and strengths. Workouts will be geared to mountain bike racing/riding. We will preform daily tracking and analyzing of your progress to help keep you on target for your season goals. Biweekly phone conversations to review your workouts and answer any questions that may arise. We will use power on all workouts for the most acute and efficient training possible. So stop just riding along or putting in junk miles on the road bike and start riding with structure.
